In connection with my personal energy work sessions, I process personal data to the extent necessary to organize, communicate about, and deliver the agreed services.
This includes, in particular, contact details, appointment information, and information clients share in connection with their sessions.
The processing of general personal data for the preparation and delivery of an agreed session is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Voluntary Disclosure of Personal and Health-Related Information
During my energy work sessions, clients may choose to share personal or health-related information of their own accord, such as physical discomfort or previously diagnosed medical conditions.
Sharing this information is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement for using my services. I do not conduct medical assessments or request medical reports.

Health-related information is not routinely documented.

I use Zoom to conduct personal online sessions.
When using Zoom, personal data may be processed, including names, email addresses, technical connection data, and audio and video information transmitted during a session.
Sessions are generally not recorded.
In individual cases, a recording may be made if this has been expressly agreed in advance and the required consent has been obtained.
Recordings are made exclusively for the previously specified purpose. They will not be published or shared with unauthorized third parties without a separate legal basis.
Recordings are deleted once they are no longer necessary for the agreed purpose, unless legal grounds require further retention.
The legal basis for conducting online sessions is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Voluntary recordings may be based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Where special categories of personal data are involved, an additional appropriate legal basis under Article 9 GDPR is required.
